Review: Revlon Kiss Lip Plumping Crème

Today I am going to be reviewing the Revlon lip plumping creme.

It retails for $9.99 at Target.

First Impression:

I really like the packaging of this product. It applies very easily. It does come off a little bit if you eat or drink something.

I would recommendation this product.
